The processing time is the time it take for me to process your order from start to finish. The processing time does not include delivery times and is an estimate only. This is due to the natural complications that can occur during the firing and making stages. I take great care and intention to create your perfect piece but sometimes I have to remake orders as they develop scars and stories during their making process. Please be aware that delays can occur and if your order is needed for specific times you can contact me to let us know.

I do offer FAST TRACK. I understand that some customers need their orders for specific days and it’s possible to add your order to a priority list. This service pushes your order as priority. Please be aware that handmade ceramics are fragile and fast track is an estimate, should I encounter any delays you will be contacted to discuss a potential refund on your fast track purchase.

Pottery for the Poles accept payments from - Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Klarna.

Made to order mugs have a 3-6 week processing time. Please note that this processing time is an estimate only and does not include delivery / courier time.
Once your order is ready, you will get a dispatch notification from Pottery for the Poles and from the courier and updates for delivery. Delivery times from the time of dispatch is normally 3-6 days and will be shipped with a Courier tracking service.
International Customers also have a 3 - 6 week processing time with an added 14 day estimate delivery once the order has been dispatched.
Due to global supply chain challenges, shipping times could be longer than usual. -
Pottery for the Poles does not offer free shipping as orders are extremely fragile and need to be secured in good quality packaging.

A beautiful mistake product celebrates those pieces with added unexpected personality. Due to the nature of handmade ceramics and the unpredictability of the firings, a variety of imperfections such as different shades of colours, slight glaze imperfections or stretch marks.
They are all signs of perfectly good handmade craft and safe to use. These are added when available to a sale tab for purchase at a discounted rate.

Yes, all pieces are dishwasher and microwave safe — but for longevity, it is best practice to hand wash ceramics and avoiding sudden temperature changes. Treat them with care, and they’ll last a lifetime.
