What is Priority Making?

Priority will fast track your order over current work in progress with a minimum of 2 weeks processing time. It is advised to purchase priority if you need your order before our original 6 week estimated processing time.  

The nature of handmade ceramics can be unpredictable and I will contact you should any issues arise with your priority order.

WHAT IF MY ORDER DOESN'T ARRIVE ON TIME?

We will do our very best to get your order to you on time with your purchase being our priority. Unfortunately delays can happen during the making process of handmade ceramics due to unforeseen circumstances. Should your order be delayed we will contact you to discuss your order and provide you with an option for a full refund of the Fast Track.
