This four-week private pottery course is designed to give you a full-circle experience of the ceramic process. With dedicated one-on-one instruction, you'll gain confidence on the wheel or in hand-building techniques, while learning the essential skills that bring your pieces to life: trimming, refining, handling, glazing, and studio best practices.
Each weekly session builds on the last, allowing you time to grow creatively and technically at your own pace. From your first centered pot to the final glazed piece, you’ll get the space and support to develop a true understanding of pottery.
What You’ll Learn:
Week 1: Clay prep, wheel throwing basics
Week 2: Refining forms, trimming, and handling techniques
Week 3: Surface techniques (slab building and coiling), clay types, textures, and studio workflow
Week 4: Glazing fundamentals and finishing your work

All materials, tools, and kiln firings
